H. Westley Clark, M.D., J.D., M.P.H., CAS, FASAM, is director of CSAT under the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Service.
Robert Ladouceur, Ph.D., is a professor of psychology at Université Laval in Quebec City. After his doctoral studies, he completed a post-doctoral fellow at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. His work on gambling is internationally known.
Ron Willis, Ed. Spec. is founder of GREEN PORCH SWING PRODUCTIONS and mental health consultant to the medical community and its many organizations across the midlands of America.
Laurie Barger Sutter, serves as the Behavioral Health Prevention manager for the state of Nebraska, where she is responsible for administering the Nebraska Behavioral Health Prevention System for substance abuse and mental health.

Katrina Ondracek, MA,
is currently the Gamblers Assistance Program manager for the state of Nebraska.

Renee M. Cunnigham-Williams, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical social worker and visiting associate professor at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University.
Carol Falkowski, director of research communications at the Hazelden Foundation, has monitored drug abuse trends at the local and national level for 20 years as part of an ongoing, drug abuse-monitoring network of the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
Anne Helene Skinstad, Ph.D. provides training for health professionals as the program director of the Prairielands Addiction Technology Transfer Center and as assistant professor of public health at the University of Iowa.
Melissa Stephens, problem gambling program administrator, Missouri Gaming Commission
Ernest M. Raub has a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration and served 27 years with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, where he worked field assignments for his first 14 years.

Arlene C. Miller, L. C. S.W.is a social worker in private practice in St. Louis, Missouri.  Arlene was initially trained as a community mental health counselor and is a certified Gestalt Therapist.
Tom Workman, Ph.D., has focused his research and practical work in the area of college high-risk drinking for seven years.
Deb Hammond, CCGC, Director of Choices Treatment Center, is a State Certified Compulsive Gambling Counselor who has extensive experience in financial and legal workshop trainings.
Kate Speck, Ph.D., MAC, LADC, has had over 28 years of working in the field of addiction, including a master's in Addiction Counseling.
Duane Olberding, LSCSW, KCGC, CADC III, is currently clinical director at St Francis, "private practice" and teaches at Washburn University.
Dawn Billings, M.A., LPC travels internationally speaking on the ravages of entitlement.
David Carter, Ph.D. is the past president of the Nebraska Counseling Association and a professional counselor of 30 years.

Sue M. Self, LCSW, CCGC, is an experienced mental health professional with extensive background in crisis intervention, related services and therapy, including:  agency management, suicide intervention, critical incident stress, individual therapy, teaching/training, gambling, group therapy, HIV/AIDS and program management.
Kevin Smith is Chief Warrant Officer for the Iowa National Guard Counterdrug Task Force and is currently assigned to the Iowa Department of Public Health, Prevention Division.
